Deep Thought Purification Meditation

Usually a person spends his entire life complaining about his problems, pains, sufferings, failures etc. A person most of the time tries to look for faults in others rather than retrospection of self. But he does not understand the fact that success or failure is because of his own thought process.

Sri Maa says “Thought is success, thought is strength, thought is weakness, thought is science, thought becomes habit, thought is religion, thought is karma and it’s because of karma that life after life gets better or worse.”

 Thus thought is the key part, which makes our luck and fortune. For eg: The great scientist Graham Bell first got a thought of making a phone. His thoughts gave birth to emotions. He processed those emotions and took actions. He thus made his fortune out of his actions and invented phone. This is the power of thoughts.

But people do not know how to control their thoughts and keep them positive.

Positive and Negative Thoughts

People who have positive thoughts most of the times are peaceful, successful, joyous and happy. They are more energetic and have strong will power. They have good sound sleep and do more work in less time.

On the other hand some people are engrossed in negative thoughts related to their work, relatives, friends or even for unknown people. These negative and useless thoughts could or could not have any relevance to their present life. They could be about the past or about the insecurity of future. Those thoughts could be of suspicion or any other negative thought related to known as well as unknown people. All these negative, useless and irrelevant thoughts give no positive outcome but only waste the precious time, body and mind energy. The unnecessary thoughts also drain our positive energy, making us physically and mentally weak.

When one losses the precious time in unnecessary thoughts, then he/she gets overruled by stress, depression, anxiety, aggressiveness, repentance, frustration etc. This stress also gives rise to many diseases in the body. A person wants to come out of these negative thoughts, sorrow and unhappiness but he is not able to do so.

Modern scientists with great skills and qualification till date have not been able to provide any medication for improvement or purification of thoughts. They just provide counseling, sleeping pill or anti-depressants. They can temporarily rid one from stress, making him sleep all day but one still keeps fighting with negative thoughts, subconsciously and unconsciously.

What are thoughts?

Thoughts are a mechanism in which sensory neurons convert the external stimulus i.e an event or action happened in external environment; into a thought. Neurons understand only the language of electricity. All the interaction between external environment and brain are electro-chemical in nature. The action in external environment is first converted into electrical signal, and then neurons transmit these signals to the concerned area in brain, where these thoughts are processed.

There is no theory in modern science, which could explain how a stimulus in the form of an electrical signal is converted into a thought, but this for sure stands true that these thoughts are not created in our brain, they are just processed there. Brain is like a CPU, which receives the thought in a form of a code from the external source and process it.

According to scientist’s research a person gets approximately 50,000 thoughts in a day. But the problem is that majority of these thoughts are useless and does not have any connection with our present.

Effects of thoughts on brain:-

Every thought, which arises, makes our brain release some chemicals, which effects the structure and functioning of our brain.

For example Stress Related Thought – Stress related thoughts make our brain release Cortisol. Stress also deadens the brain cells, especially of Hippocampus area where our memory is stored. Cortisol also hinders the production of BNDF ie. Brain derived neurotropic factor. It is a protein, which acts like a fertilizer for the growth of our new brain cells.

Where do thoughts formulate?

The truth is that the thoughts formulate in aura, subconscious mind and unconscious mind of a person.

A person living in positive environment has positive thoughts and a person living in a negative company and environment has negative thoughts.
